ARTimation, The Art Institute of Vancouver’s media arts festival, was born from the idea of exploration and engagement. In order to capture the interests of your young, creative minds and expose you to the possibility of an education and career in art and design, The Art Institute is hosting a full day of mind-blowing, jaw-dropping, heart-racing media arts workshops, displays, activities, competitions and special presentations.

The Art Institute’s instructors and invited high-profile, keynote speakers in the Gaming, 3D Modeling, Animation, Visual Effects, Film, and Recording Arts industries will lead informative sessions and workshops geared towards inspiring creative minds.

This site is dedicated to employers looking for talented students and graduates in design, media arts, fashion and culinary arts. We showcase student and graduate portfolios in design, media arts, fashion and culinary arts so that employers can connect with students via portfolios and find the right match.

To view a sampling of portfolios, simply use the dropdown menu on the right to chose by location or program. To view all of our portfolios, registration is required. Registration is quick and easy. To register, choose your desired Art Institute location from the dropdown menu to be sent to that school’s home page.

You can search for portfolios by area of study or by a student’s last name. You do not need to be signed-in or registered to view the featured portfolios on this site, however, by signing-in or registering, you are able to view all portfolios the school has to offer as well as ask students questions, post a job to students or contact the school's career services department.
